A Strong Blow

"Hard Hit" is a funny and music-filled comedy centered around Kuba and Majka, who are about to get married, but their plans are disrupted by Lola, a young girl who mistakenly takes Kuba for her boyfriend, Johnny Tomala, the guitarist she is in a relationship with. Lola causes Majka to call off the wedding, and Kuba is forced to prove that it was all just a misunderstanding. Soon, Kuba, supported by Lola and his friend Lelewicz, a television director, steps into the world of big-beat music. Lelewicz encourages Kuba to participate in a televised talent contest, where despite having no musical talent, Kuba unexpectedly succeeds as a superstar guitarist and youth idol. Meanwhile, as Kuba becomes a big star, Majka changes her feelings, now desiring a true rockman.
