Onufry Majewski’s car repair shop is once again on the brink of bankruptcy. However, the clever owner has a plan to save it – he sends a message to his sister in America about the supposed birth of another child, hoping for her financial support. The plan becomes complicated when Aunt Agata unexpectedly arrives in the country. To keep up the lie, Onufry involves his mechanic Florek, who must pretend to be the "missing twin sister." The confusion grows, especially since Florek loves Basia – Aunt Agata’s ward, whom Onufry’s son is also courting. When the truth comes out, everything ends happily – youthful love and family reconciliation prevail.
