The film transports the viewer to a future where the media and intelligence services have complete control over society, and escalating environmental contamination has led to the collapse of civilization and a dramatic decline in quality of life. In this dystopian world, a young television technician is unexpectedly chosen to repair a major failure that threatens the entire energy system. The young protagonist, an ordinary worker, is thrown into a whirlwind of events that spiral out of any control.
